A normal bladder has a capacity of 400 to 500 milliliters. During normal urination, ring like bands of muscles known as sphincters relax or contract to either stop or start the flow of urine. During urination, the bladder walls contract or relax as well. It is important to keep these muscles toned and strong as we age for optimal urinary and bladder health.

The Flotrol Bladder Control Formula can help strengthen these muscles while also having a unique calming effect on the bladder. It is a combination of soy germ extract and lipid-free pumpkin seed extract. Soy is considered to be beneficial for maintaining a healthy bladder. The use of pumpkin seed dates back to 16th century when it was used for urinary tract health.

In a clinical study, subjects were given a tablet that contained a combination of pumpkin seed and soybean germ extracts over a period of several weeks. Measurements were taken for frequency of urination during the day and night, any emergency episodes and the degree of satisfaction. Marked improvement in urinary tract health and quality of life was shown after the first week with further improvement after the second week and, compared with the pretrial observational period, continued to improve throughout week six.

Comments about this video:

I can't wait til mine is removed I have dealt with contraction like pain for years bc of this n was misdiagnosed as having gas bc they didn't run tests n now it's full of stones it will be worth it to finally be painfree (I hope).
My dad has his gallbladder removed in 2000 1998-99 and he cannot/doesn't want to eat foods with tomato sauce. Can you die because of the surgery? My grandmother is 86 and she's getting this done... And I'm worried :/. i got mine removed and im 15 it was scary going in the or but i fell asleep but my cut is open fully open. if it doesnt heel my surgeon said to schedule with her. shes awesome:D. When you have gallstones it's a protacol for doctors to remove the gallbladder but if the gallbladder is not deseased why not just get rid of the gallstones by natural methods.Madam, It does not work and your son will probably figure that out in a few months/years. Natural methods are complete and total bullshit placebo that actually are placing your son's life at risk.Because it doesn't work and they'll keep coming back until your gallbladder get infected with all the dangerous problems with it. I had mine out and don't have any problems at all after that. I know so many people who had their gallbladder out and don't have problems at all. The whole operation is less painfull than one attack.
Yeah but there are people that do have alot of problems after and that the risk you take. It not worth the gamble. Yeah they'll keep coming back if you don't clean up your diet.
Actually, there are only a few. I've asked around for months before I had my operation last week and out of ALL the people I asked, and I was surprised how many had the operation, I found two who still had a little problem. All the others have no problems whatsoever. I asked dozens of people, even when I was on vacation in Austria. Also I've been on a special diet for TWO years and they kept coming back. An infection is far more dangerous and can kill you for sure.
Well I hope it works out for you...when I say clean up your diet, I mean no processed food, no meat, and no diary products. It's a hard thing to do. Basically a raw food diet. I know it's hard to follow this kind of diet but I've done alot of research on this and have read many testimonies on it. If your gallbladder was diseased then you did the right thing. But too many people have gotten their gallbladder removed and it wasn't necessary, remember it's a protocol of the doctor's.

I´ve done a lot of research too before I had my operation. Conclusion, cleansing doesn´t work and can even get dangerous in the long run. And no, it´s NOT a protocol of the doctor, it´s MY choice. The doctor isn´t my boss, I decide myself if I want an operation or not. But you do what you want, I just hope you won´t be sorry because one day you´ll wake up having this terrible pain and yellow eyes and you´ll know it´s too late.
Cleansing worked for me and my son who was in the same position. I'm sorry it didnt work for you. And with my research it is a protocol...when my son had an attack and years later I had an attack the same recomendation was recommened...after this I started researching the medical field of doctors trained in this field. I'm sorry but my opinion is that doctor's just want to take out the organs that they think are causing the problems...God gave us these organs for a reason.I don´t believe in gods so that problem is solved. Also you can miss loads of organs, or parts of them without problems. That´s why they can take your appendix out without problems. They can take a kidney out without problems and you can even miss half of your liver without problems. And in some rare cases they can even take a part of the brain out without problems. And again, it´s NOT a protocol, if you don´t want it they won´t do it. But don´t knock on their door if things go really wrong.well I do believe in God and maybr we should agree that we disagree. yes we can do withoout some of our organs by the grace of God.But they are their for a reason...good luck in your journey.
Some parts of organs are a residu of something we once needed but can live without. An appendix doesn´t do a thing except getting infected. The grace of a god has nothing to do with that.
Then I guess that we should agree that we disagree. I think I made my point and you did too and we should leave it at that. Good luck on your journey:). Hey There! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kidnetonex Remedy (search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you considered home remedy called Kidnetonex Remedy? I've heard many great things about it and my friend completely cures his kidney stones naturally with this remedy.

Can anyone help me. I've had my gall bladder taken out last year and still suffer the same pains but not as sever when I was pregnant. Can anyone explain y do I still have these pains if I have no gall bladder.

i had my gall bladder out in 2009 and i still suffer with the pain - giving birth was a doddle tho compaired to having a gall stones attack, if you find out why this is etc please let me know x.

got mine removed awhile back and there was some pain after...which painkillers handled a few weeks after everyday i would get a upset stomach and this lasted for a week or 2 but one day it stopped and everything is back to normal.
I had mine yesterday. I have a a little bit of pain and one of the ports is bleeding. The medicine for pain is not helping at all. Finally got rid of my giant gallstone, thanks to Chinese Dr. Tie Qiao, he saved my gallbladder. See my experience here whatisgallstone com. Interesting video. I had mine taken out 4 days ago. So much better now it's gone. I can eat again. Please everyone do NOT EVER get your gallbladder taken out unless diseased and infected! EVEN IF YOU HAVE GALLSTONES! Watch my video and view my website!
I just advised a friend to look at alternatives to surgery but she has gone ahead and booked the operation for Jan. The problem is that everyone trusts the Doctors more than the alternatives options.

If you are looking to burn fat fast, you should search google for "Lean Body Maximizer". That can help you get the body you deserve.
I have a 5 inch scar (right beside my belly button) from colon surgery. Would this effect laproscope gallbladder surgery or would they do open instead?
I'm in hospital right now. Getting my gallblabber removed tomorrow morning. I've been in pain for 3 days straight and hasn't gone away but thanks for the Morphine. Sounds like everyone is all good after it. I'm looking forward to it.
I have a 5 inch scar (right beside my belly button) from colon surgery. Would this effect laproscope gallbladder surgery or would they do open instead?I'm not sure how long it took since I was pretty drugged up when I woke up. Overall it went well. Just pretty sore still.
I´VE ONE MONTH AND EVERYTHING IS OK, BUT I HAVE A LOT OF GASES, BUT THANK JESUS I´M ALIVE.
I asked to look at my gallbladder when it was removed, I wanted to see what was giving me the most horrendous pain of my life!!! I wanted to smack it with a hand grenade the bastard thing, bye bye gall bladder!!
very true!! so pleased I had mine removed!! the PAIN, WORSE THAN CHILDBIRTH!! (gallstones that is..not the operation).
Thank you all for the encouraging upcoming gallbladder surgery news. I have much to look forward to:(. Had the surgery done last week - Thought I'd add an ACCURATE description of how it's done and how to recover. After dealing with 3 10 hour pain attacks in a row, I sucked it up and went to the ER. Once ready for surgery, they strap you down, jam a sedative into your IV, and gas you. Afterwards, you recover for around a week draining the gas (You'll be full of it) from your body. Eat healthy (Sorry, you can't resume your daily diet of double cheeseburgers) and be light for a couple weeks. Easy!I just had that freaking thing removed today! Before the surgery i had horrible pain! but now that it's out i feel good as new. Just not look foward to geetting fst -___- i do like my Junk food from time to time! lol.
Do not eat unhealthy, don't eat sugar salt fat in high quantities, if you remove your gallbladder you will gain weight like an elephant, for the rest of your life you can only eat fat free foods and salads, very healthy diet pretty much, which is good but its easier said than done, if you eat bread or rice or anything ordinary you will gain weight and can develop pancreatic cancer which will kill you, doctors aren't very informative about what happens when the gallbladder is removed, they lie.
I agree,, had mine removed this way last year, best thing I had done, rather than that PAIN! and it is true it is worse than childbirth!! I had 4 natural births and wouldve had ten more rather than go through gall bladder pain!!, yes you are sore for fe days but thats it! I didnt liek the staples they used, I wouldve prefered the stitches.Dont be scared, I had mine down last year. I couldnt stand the excruciating pains no more. They removed my gallbladder this way, it took 2 hrs from start to finish, (waking, rest in recovery etc) I was sore for few days and bruised alot (im fair skinned, red hair), and yep you tend to walk a bit hunched over, for the bruising, but after 3-4 days, I was fine, best thing I had done, NO PAIN! please dont be scared. its worth having done.
I went through this surgery about 3 years ago. Now I feel great and don't have to worry about what I can and can't eat :) I lived with gallbladder problems for almost six years before they did anything to help me. I'm sure there's people out there who has had this problem longer than I did, but it was six years of hell for me. Glad that's over!!
I had emergency surgery yesterday after the gallbladder became infected. The pain was excruciating but gone as soon as I woke up from the operation. My abdomen is really swollen and I am in pain, but nothing like before the surgery.Hi Emma, yeah I'm feeling better already that it is now gone I'm in bit of pain from the surgery and my belly is still puffy but I'm glad it's all over with now.

This still surprise me, just how some people do not know about Gallstelax Remedy (just google it), despite the fact that lots of people completely cure their gallstones naturally with this remedy. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Gallstelax Remedy, I finally eliminated my pain & embarrassment for good by using natural approaches.
Hey There! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Gallstelax Remedy (search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. BEWARE!!!! I had mine out 10 years ago. Just spent 5 days in the hospital because I passed a stone and it got caught in my bile duct. I turned yellow as a Cheeto and almost croaked. My liver enzymes hit the roof. The problem is when you pass a stone AFTER your gall bladder is out they are shaped like Chiclets. they aren't round any more because they didn't roll around in your gall bladder. the pain feels EXACTLY like your gall bladder attacks did. If you feel it go to the doc right away!!!Where did the stone form or come from when you don't have a bladder? I have 2 small stones in mine and I'm considering removing it.You are totally wrong. If you read my post you will see that I do not have a gallbladder yet i still am passing stones. Google gallstones and you will see that they are still formed even though you have no gall bladder. They can also be formed in the ductwork of the liver.
The majority of gallstones form in the gallbladder, hence their name. They can also form in other parts of the biliary tree, such as one of the hepatic ducts or the common bile duct. So I know what you mean but they don't form in the liver paranchyma, which is what I thought you meant. Apologies for the misunderstanding.
No problem. I meant in the duct tree which actually begins INSIDE the liver itself. I only know that cause I saw my mrcp images.
Had mine out July 23rd. Found video interesting.Still have a little pain where the gall bladder was. Do the leave those metal clips inside???

2 brianne I juss had mine taken out, the recovery process is very painful. They do fill u up with air but ur body should be back to normal in a few days. Take lots of care of yourself.

Just had mine removed two days ago. Recovery isn't bad at all. Just a little sore and my belly button feels like it's going to rip apart when I get up or sit down. But really, it's not that bad.

I had mine removed 5/15/2000. I can't imagine the improvements to recovery time that exist now. 2 asmacorp...talk to your surgeon. Ask him/her very direct questions about the surgery...ie...How many gallbladders have you removed?
I had mine removed a week ago today... It was my first surgery and I was extreamly nervous. I freaked my self out over nothing. Only complication is I could not keep food or drink down but got to go home the same day. So glad I had it done! Still sore but no major pain with the surgery but everybodys pain is diffrent.ive done 2 days ago... it was good... and nothing to worry... you can recover 3 to 4 days... you can walk...Done mine yesterday. It wasn't to bad but the gas and I wonderd what was making me hurt in outher places it was the gas as well. Overall not bad worth getting to eat right and feel better.I had mine done 2 days ago. Overall it was not bad and I did not take painkillers. I just wish they told me not to lay flat the first night, because if you do the gas they put into you causes tremendous vibrating pain in abdomen and shoulder, but I learned to sleep upright in a chair the first night and it was fine.
Should i be scared? In febuary i'm going for a scan to say if i need the op soon, should i be scared of anything?

I'm 12 and some time between now and the next few years,i will have to have this operation, have to say,i'm very scared.
I had mine removed 3 weeks ago. It was my 1st surgery & I was extremely nervous. But it's not as bad as I thought. I freaked out for nothing. You will be fine.hi this is a really weird question, but i also just had mine out a week ago, and i used to have an innie belly button, but now it is an outie from the surgery. did this happen to you?Im about to havine mine taken out on Thursday, IM 16 and im really scared. My 2 question are, were you in pain from the CO2? I heard the gas in painful afterwards. also, I heard you gain weight and cant lose it afterwards. Have you gained weight in the tummy area or anything? please reply!
had mine done two weeks ago - no pain now and I feel soooooo much better - it is definitely worth it - i would still be in pain and not back to work yet if i had had to have the full surgery - if you have a choice, so with the lap.
Had mine done yesterday. Post surgery pain was kind of rough but 24 hours later feel much better. Worst pain was in the shoulder where they injected the gas. I just had mine out. Yes there's 4 holes in your belly and you will get some postoperative pain, but from what I understand the recovery time is much better than a full surgery with the big 5 inch opening.you will be fine i had mine done a week ago and i feel so much better if you.nervous cause of the op ask for something to relax you xx.
I have to have this done in 3 weeks time and im extremly nervous and even more so after reading some of these comments... I think i mite jus runaway :(.
i had my GB removed 6 days ago.i feel stabbed, after years of researches i preffered the conventional operation ,one opening, cut the shit and done.close the opening.but i'm not the surgeon.first they had to do a procedure named ERCP TO REMOVE SOME STONE LOCATED AT THE DUCT AND PANCREA AND THE NEXT DAY THE GB REMOVAL.I FEEL FULL IN PAIN.
PART 2 If ur skin is really sensitive please let your surgeon know that you would rather want me or her to use a different chemical cleanser. Trust me if I new this was going to happen I would of told my surgeon to use something else.
Last Thursday I got my gallbladder removed which the surgery was fast and easy no pain for me just felt really bloated. But a couple days later I notice I was getting a rash red bumps and really itchy I took hydrocortisone and benadryl but that didn't help at all it got so worse all my upper and lower abdomen is cover with red bumps like hives went to the doctors and told me I had a allergic reaction to the cloro prep. They use this to clean you before surgery. I'm on day one of taking some med. there is no bloating here. had gb stones, one of them lodged into the duct, inflamed my liver. been 5 days now, a little sore, but feel GREAT! UMC las vegas rocks so does dr. lewis!
I had my gallbladder removed three days ago and I can't, for the life of me, find a link to a website that shows how they extracted my inflamed/swollen GB out of the relatively tiny hole they created to insert the laparoscopy equipment. Can anybody point me in the right direction so I might see how they do it? Thank you!

Having this done at 10:30 am... Its 12:10 AM right now.. Gotta be at the hospital at 8:30 AM. I'm 14, and not only have gallstones, but a diseased gallbladder as well. Gah.
It went fine, my appendix surgery hurt more. This wasn't too bad, the only bad thing was how hard it was to get up and go to the bathroom. But it was easier then I thought. These surgeries are now done with excellent precision because they are being performed with a Da Vinci surgerical system, of which I have had experience working with. They are incredible machines and offering alternatives to cautery by the harmonic scalpel and reduced human error, this machine is also a blast to work with!I had this done and now I'm super bloated all the time, I'm surprised no one here is complaining about the bloating...its unbearable..=(. It's necessary to pay attention to what you eat after having your gall bladder removed. The things that bother me are fat and gas-producing food like beans. Try taking some calcium, either a calcium supplement or some Tums. Are you just two weeks past your surgery or did you have it done a longer time ago?
It depends on the individual. I had my gallbladder out about 7 weeks ago, and I'm nauseous every day. I've lost 20 pounds because of it, and almost had to withdraw from school because most days I can't leave the house. Most doctors refuse to believe it's from my surgery, and 3 have told me it's from acid reflux. I know it's not because my sister went through the same thing when she got hers out and was sick for 6 months afterwards. She still can't eat certain foods.
Some people GAIN weight from gall bladder surgery. I girl I knew who was already fat gained 30 pounds after hers. I lost weight due to my gall bladder. I guess I will find out which way it swings now.
It took like 6 months for it to get better. I still have nausea at times, but gained all my weight back (which was the only good thing to come out of it).

You do have to watch what you eat after you have your Gallbladder removed, You should avoid foods high in fats, Refrain from foods that have been fryed etc..If you eat a meal too high in Fat you can have bloating and some pain!FACT.

Bloating and pain comes when gall bladder grips on stones or contracts but cannot expell bile due to blockage; after removal this cannot occur and the liver doesn't secrete extra bile, in fact it does this constantly, just dribbles bile out and eating fat has no effect; I just had mine out 6 days ago and can eat what I like now all I get now is a bit of reflux from stomach acid if I really over eat.

I had mine removed a month ago, I dont have any problems with eating anything. The doctors said you only have to be a little careful the first few weeks. Dont over eat on fat food during that time. After that, you can eat what ever you like. But then again, people are individuals, and reacts in different ways.
Had mine done last week. Actually 3 days ago. Everything went well. This was my first surgery and I dreaded being put to sleep. Other that being sore the last few days and some unpredictable movement, all is well. Nothing on earth like the problem caused by the gall bladder kicking a stone 8mm that blocked the liver function. Take HOT showers to help loosen the mucus. Trying to cough it out does hurt but it has to go. (49 year old male).
My husband just had this done 3 days ago. Still in hospital. Had to go back in to stop some bleeding.
I'm scheduled for this surgery next month... I've never been under anesthetic so I'm a little freaked out... I wasn't even this creeped out while giving birth lmao.
I've got an infection in my gallbladder and a little nodule by the pancreas. I'll either get antibiotics or have it removed so it's interesting to see how they're going to do it.
when I had my gallbladder taken out I had complications the surgeon cut some of my liver tissue and I had a bile duct leak and had to wear a drain for four months. I HAD my Gb removed 2 weeks ago. I work in surgery so I know all about it. I have seen this surgery many times. Its nice because you go to sleep and you wake up and its all over. Have to watch my diet, dont eat too much fatty foods...I had mine out 4 days ago and it almost feels like it never happened. Getting out of a chair or bed is ever so slightly difficult. I think having my impacted wisdom teeth out was worse and even that wasn't so awful. But I am glad I waited until AFTER I had mine out before I watched this video. If you are having it done soon there is nothing to fear... except maybe the bill if you are self insured.just found out i need to have my gallbladder removed. i need to get this done asap i guess and my doctor is gonna send me to a surgeon. ive had surgery before ( i had a plate and screws put into my leg) but for some reason this is getting to me! LOL i think the idea of someone playing with my guts is... icky LOL. I still can't believe that did this to me. xD To anyone out there about to get this done and watching this video. I was the same as you...plus I was FUCKING TERRIFIED. There is NOTHING to be afraid of. It's so simple. I was mostly afraid of being put asleep...didn't even know they did it. Next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery. :] Get it done, you'll feel better. (Although I'm still recovering. xD).
